guys - by no means trying to take delight in other people's misery, I bumped into EXTL as I was tracking IDTC, comparing to it [EXTL], BVSI isn't too bad (or, shall we say, BVSI is bad, but EXTL is worse!)

That really leads me to think the chances of success in the service agenda of the telecom industries.
