This is 1/20th of Fab 36 full capability, and presumably by now multiples this much of fab 36 should be ramped already. So why employ chartered ? What can Chartered do that Fab 36 can't, whether in terms of process or capacity ? The first completed parts from fab 7 will be packaged in early August. Just in time for 50% price reduction.
