Alastair made the assertion.

I though I was clear. His assertion was that something was unknown. If you are disagreeing with that, it's on you to provide the link to where the answer is. There's no link to the unknown, unless you're into the supernatural, that is. If I say it's unknown how many people have green eyes and black hair and you disagree, find me the data. It's not likely that there's some report out there stating that it's unknown if, in fact, it's unknown. If it is known, there's a good chance there's a link. But the onus is on you to find it. You're the one claiming it's known. In the absence of data, the default is "unknown." It's just not logical to ask someone to give you a link to proof that something is unknown, even if he has so asserted.
