Huh? Are you disputing that, after the fact, Tenet and Hadley both said the yellowcake story was too fishy to use? See above quote from Steven Hadley. From the same source, Colin Powell: “I did not use the yellowcake in my [February 5] presentation. The reason that I did not use the yellowcake in my presentation is that I didn’t sense in going through it all that I saw enough substantiation of it that would meet the tests that we were applying.” (Secretary of State Powell, Department of State Press Briefing, June 2, 2003)
