I expect AMD to order the minimum from fab 7. I don't see any value there, unless and until fab 30 is idled for conversion to 45 nm or some other use. It looks to me that starting wafers in May was a carry-over from the euphoria about AMD increasing market share to 30% real soon. Maybe they were reading niceguy's postings.
