He can offer himself for another run if he wants to. But you think it is worth discussing it since he has to first cross the hurdle of the primaries? Who knows? Dean almost won last time, then Kerry won. I didn't think either of those guys had a chance. So T. Lipscomb et. al. are taking no chances, and are resetting their own hurdles into position.
