Well, we did get a reaction to the news item (see Cisco's last post #91). LCAV traded 32,100 shares and is in the process of breaking out of the $4.00/sh. barrier. When (and if) this happens look for a move to $5.25 and $5.625, a 40.5% move. All technical and fundamental factors support this upward move.

Watch this thread for further advisories as LCA-Vision is finally be on its way to good profits.
