Yeah, they were breaking the accord, but they weren't producing nukes like they are now.

They had maybe two and they might have churned out another two in the last 5 years, but now they may have 10 and are going at it at as fast as they can. They also may do a "nuke test" and continue to display their missile technology until we know for sure that they can hit "US" whenever they'd like to.

If you're tellin' me that this is all Clinton's fault then you've GOT to tell me that Bush hasn't made things dramatically worse.

CAN you tell me that and back it up with what moves Bush has made to make the situation BETTER rather than worse????
