This is something I don't quite understand. If these Al-Qaida guys are actively posting stuff on sympathetic Islamist websites, can't the people chasing Al-Qaida track down the people who run the websites, and perhaps intercept the Al-Qaida people that deilver these maessages?

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - A Saudi militant killed in 2004 was due to have been the 20th suicide plane hijacker in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, al-Qaida’s media arm said in a statement on the Internet on Tuesday.
