Come come KLP...........your links are redundant. They are read by no more than a few of us and ignored by the rest. One could talk till their blue and type till their fingers are raw.......and read a gazillion pieces regarding wmds in Iraq, (yawn) the ME in general, terrorism, SH and the WOT (do liberals even believe the WOT exists?) you aren't going to convince those who wish to talk monsters to death or have a problem facing danger head on that aggression is sometimes the only option.

The thought, let alone the act, is just too icky or something?

There will always be better ways of doing things than the way it actually is. And of course at the same time perfection is always expected no matter what. Therefore we will all analyze, and research......come to our own conclusions, and butt heads with others over the facts. But what I find most amazing is that any of us think we really understand the pressure people tasked with protecting this nation endure.

I've said it before; thank goodness for the Internet. Without it little would be revealed, and what is would be orchestrated to reflect a pov or an opinion that I might not much agree with. (Remember the era of CBS and Uncle Walter.......that creep?) And isn't it grand that we can challenge and debate under certain circumstances and by certain rules......which are being expanded thanks to some brave individual who shall remain un-named.

From Rathergate to Gitmo to Haditha to the undeclared political war on our military to the all too common "correction" in national newspapers on page B12. The if only this' and only thats' are OK in story book tales, but don't hold allot of water in real time and under such extreme scrutiny.

This isn't directed to any one individual at all, but I for one am more inclined to have faith in my President. Unfortunately, I have admittedly had a few disappointments. I always liked what Kennedy said when he asked me....no told me.........to ask what I can do for my country. I don't consider the constant bashing and rehashing very supportive, and I definitely don't have allot of faith in all the bloviators.

Goodnight!
