Q1,06 audited should be completed very soon we hear. After that what is needed for an uplisting application? Doesn't it only take a month or two to get uplisted once the application is submitted? Why would Pinksheets be needed at that point and maybe that is the reason for it's low priority with management. Does Pinksheets also list OTCBB companies or just pinksheets?
