RMF, If you're tellin' me that this is all Clinton's fault then you've GOT to tell me that Bush hasn't made things dramatically worse. If you build a house of cards, don't blame the next guy for wrecking it. CAN you tell me that and back it up with what moves Bush has made to make the situation BETTER rather than worse???? Bush hasn't made the situation any better with his "bull in a china shop" diplomacy. Main reason is the underestimation of Iraq. Now Bush has absolutely no international political capital to play with. Tenchusatsu
