Exactly so. My friend's Dad, who is something of an environmental guru, ( amazon.com ) owns land in Montana that grizzlies and other wildlife use. He logs it and mills the logs into custom lumber. Recently I read where he has a trust set up with an environmental organization of the kind we're discussing that will ensure that the land will be managed for multiple uses featuring habitat in perpetuity.
