NLST----> conducted a live press conference on mn1.com at 9:00am Central Time this Tuesday, June 13th, 2006. I'm sure if you missed it you can get the archived broadcast in the nesr future. Some notes on the webcast are a 30million revanue forcast for 2006. The opening of 6 new offices, 5 in the South East. The company is targeting areas with roofs 16 to 20 years old, and keen on building a good rep with clients. Most of the contractors they use have been with them for 5 to 6 years.

CFO said Katrina revenues will show up in 3rd Quarter earnings. He also mentioned they are working with a private solar power company called Mythos, offering installation of solar materials to generate individual electricity for customers they are doing repairs for. CFO said there are government incentives involved and NLST profit for each solar install is around 1500dollars per house for a 6000 to 7000 total solar install. One other key point is they are not just a Hurricane play they profit on tornadoes, and hail storms and other high wind storms as well.

Best Wishes,
sprink
