Fair enough, Rick, but longer still is the distance between the statement "Rove will be endicted" and yesterday's announcement that the Special Prosecutor "does not anticipate" an endictment. From my experience a prosecutor that allows a possible target to put out a press release like Rove's is throwing in the towel but you are right he has left himself some room.
