OK, here's the deal with water de-slainization. I live on hatteras island in NC. We have a water de-slainization plant that mixes water from the plant with some underground water. NO ONE drinks it. My cats will not even drink it after its gone through our sink filter. It cost (based on 5,000 gallons per 3 months)0.0156 cents per gallon. We buy water from the store at about .80 cents a gallon. If WTAF's water tastes great and they do their marketing, WTAF should be able to make a lot of money. I would like to know more about the filter and any maintenance costs WTAF's water system uses. I'm pretty sure I will buy one just for the hurricane issues.
