But do you understand how the existing months supply has fallen over the decades... I have posts on the Z thread and the Residential Index Crash thread how the housing supply per capita has decreased from years ago. BTW... That thread was started back over half a decade ago. Glad I went long then. Kinda like the gold bugs that can't figure out why expenses rise so fast when gold is climbing. PE of 30+ will be the high for the homeboys has all ways been the high given their debt to asset ratio as it will in the future.
