The reason Rove's situation is not bigger news is that it's already been proven that he's guilty of leaking Plame's name and lying about it. So it's really some kind of technicality not to get indicted. Also, we just had the even bigger story about Rove-Bush cheating to win in Ohio 2004. Good news for Rove temporarily though. Then the question becomes, why did Fitzy let him off the hook knowing he's clearly guilty? Fitzy after a bigger fish? Fitzy's not wasting his time investigating innocent people. That much we can be sure of. This is a star prosecutor who indicts big names.
