Technical damage: Is very severe here!

What normally happens in a situation like this is that the juniors will take awhile to move back up even if metals turn around, so one has time to make sure a key reversal is in place. No one needs to panic to buy. Then there will be a basing pattern and as it is summer, there is extra insurance no rapid moves will take place, and one can put in "stink bids".

My guess is that one will be able to get GGC around a dollar before metals turn around. I am not dissing GGC, I intend to buy down there.

But the way I will play this "CORRECTION" is see if the good wts of the majors drop back down to where they wee before the move.

I will especially look for the SLW B wts (expecially-5 year wts)and the A's and reg's, BWR wts and any other wts I can find of majors that look good. I wish HBM was not calling their wts in.

The reason is simple: When we get a turn around the majors will move right up with the metals and so will the wts.

Stocks like GGC, ABI, MAI, EXN, ECU etc will take longer to recover. So after I get the shot up in the wts then I will trade down/across to the good quality juniors.

Three of the best would be MMGG, GGC, and ECU. IMO

Playing this game is no different then playing poker. There are probabilities and personalities to these stocks which one can predict with some sort of certainty.

One does best when one knows the game and plays the odds.
