Before your post I did not know that the OS was raised from 2.3 Bil to 3.7 Bil to 5 Bil you have a point that this is some cunning stuff. But don't you think they did it because they nedded cash to pay for things like operations, R + D, salaries, expenses. I don't think they did it cunningly, maybe they did it because it was a last resort for cash?
What does A/S account for, what does it mean when the A/S is raised from 5 bil to 13.5 Bil are these restricted shares?
Although the O/S is 5 billion, didn't the recent PR's say that there is a buy-back to lower the O/S back? because they wanna make amends?
Unfortunately, I do not have enough daily posts to keep up with the response. But look at this investor. Read his confusion and lack of understanding and how in the face of massive dilution, he/she still spins it to see something positive? How could you be posting on IHUB or investing in PLNI and not know what the OS is up to??? Is anyone talking about the facts as we knwo them over there?
So as he claims, they are selling stuff to pay for stuff. Debt, Debt, Debt and de-valuing the share value each day. How is this good? Do not confuse spending to aquire and grow to spending and digging dig itself a hole! And what exactly are they buying that is going to turn this around? Q1 '06 a 9 million dollar unaudited loss.
13.5 Billion shares is a massive amount of shares, and massive spending. As the PPS goes lower, the rate of share selling must increase as well.
