You'll just have to take it up with Patron. Shorting hommies have been good for those able to read a rudimentary chart. Very good.

I don't think it's as much demographics as it been AG's easy money and a nice $500k stipend, tax free, on selling your primary residence. The easy money flood after 9/11 definitely prolonged the mania.
