You are correct :( I'm looking at like a 14 month supply to get out of my townhome / condo but the local realtors are saying it's only a 7 month supply. The guy next door said that he wanted to fsbo his home because his 3 year arm is going to be rerated and he couldn't afford the payments as it was so I might have to compete with some foreclosures in the near future.
