Rove admits he leaked Plame's name and lied about it. Then he went back to Fiztgerald and pleaded that he had forgotten he spoke about Plame so "please don't indict me".

I'm surprised if Fitzgerald believed him for a second, but we don't know the details. However we do know Rove talked about Plame to Novack and others and then lied about it.

You call that "innocent"?
