Neil: I'm going from memory...so I need confirmation of this; but, if I recall there are about 12.5 million shares out with about 60+% held by insiders. Technically, if the one year restriction ending is the case, and lawyers/ex-prez of the shell that TPII took over are the ones selling then it would NOT be insider selling. There are NO form 144s or 4s that I am aware of. So please chill on the insider stuff...TPII has officially stated that they haven't a clue regarding large block sales. It's bad form to start unfounded rumors...find some 144s or 4s and we'll talk. Off to work in the bean field. :) Sean
