TJK I believe the reason for the buyback is because the stock price is not higher. Mgmt, in an attempt to boost shareholder value is purchasing is shares, presumably because it can not find a better investment for its cash. If the shares go higher without Adbe purchasing any shares, so much the better for Adbe and its shareholders. Jeff
