Re: I assume that you are implying that either AMD has direct access to conroes and/or dell is supplying AMD with their conroes completely disregarding their NDA with intel AMD could get Conroe through "friends" who do have Conroe samples, or by purchasing one directly from eBay or elsewhere. There are no shortage of Conroe samples floating around as the numerous previews have shown. Of course AMD playing around with Conroe samples won't make any of their current CPUs one bit faster.
