Gosh that was a nice "small-home-town folksy" message from Russell Twiford
that for sure will cause Thorn and JACK to return for more, but it did contain
an "you're warned" message, as follows:

"... bring your company into compliance... and [new] stock registered with SEC."
[stop]
now now now,
... a company/share name change AND consolidation of existing shares???
lets see,
will Russell Twiford's next official news release mention this,
as for sure, a reverse split 1:20 or more,
results in an equivalent: "... f**ks the holders of..."
see,
no need for a company to fail and go bankruptcy to screw common shareholders,
it can be successful and cut away common shareholders to near zero contact,
while keeping those responsible for the reverse split with name change to hold
onto the rewards and riches and return on those common shareholders
mmmmm, might be best if Thorn and JACK stay away
but, the lure of False Hope is STRONG for The Weak,
especially those like Thorn & JACK that "wants to believe in mankind"
