Two direct questions:

1. Did you speak to Mr. Morgan or the CFO (name escapes me for now)?

2. Did either of these two persons tell you that the number of shares requested by shareholders differ from that reported by Riley?

3. Did either of the two above mentioned persons tell you that they are trying to disassociate themselves from Riley and the "cartel"?
