Yes, spotted towels... but if you're thinking about the spotted owls, then I can tell you this, they're not that easy to find, but when we do find one or two, they're delicious on the grill... I make a great BBQ sauce that really enhances the flavor of the bird, you just have to watch out for the bones, their bones are very small, they're very pointy so we use them as toothpicks after we eat... (burp)... GZ
