I'd say the 40W 2.33GHz/1333MHz FSB Woodcrest 5148 at $519 would be considered near 35W Turion X2. It would take a 2.8-3GHz Turion X2 to compete with a Merom using those specs. Fortunately Merom will "only" be using a 667MHz FSB, so Turion X2 would "only" need to reach 2.6-2.8GHz to be competitive with a 2.33GHz Merom.
