Well I hope they completely redo the Excel interface. As an example, select a double column of cells with names, values in the columns and "name creation" is not even an option in the context (right click) menu. You have to go to the "Insert" menu on top, again, nonsensical.

Select NAME submenu. OK, now is it CREATE or DEFINE. DEFINE would be more logical, but you guessed wrong, its CREATE. Another click, another box opens, another click to do it.

Oh, but NAME does exist on the context menu for a range, but you can't create names with it.
