We've had some great news here in WI. Our Chippewa County DA tried this lunatic that shot and stabbed his mother. Being the sweet talker he was the jury found him not guilty. Our DA was so incensed that he began searching the Internet for similar crimes along about that time since one of his pieces of evidence was a pocket knife with 2 women's DNA on it but not his mothers. Well jackpot city, the details of a double murder of a mother/daughter in Sumpter county FL seemed to fit his bill so he called that sheriff and told him I have a theory for you and you tell me if your interested. He told him about Bill Marquart and how he had shot his mother with a 9mm that was recovered but he claimed at trial was planted. Sheriff said that is very interesting as these 2 were shot with a 9mm. Our DA said he stabbed his mother several times in the neck after she was already dead at which point the sheriff said that is very, very interesting as that happened here and isn't public knowledge. Our DA said there was 2 women's DNA that were related on this knife and he had it on the national data base and perhaps they should take a look and walla, home run. FL still has the death penalty, don't they? Sweet!
