That is the statement we were talking about... as is your habit, you digress to try and formulate a truth in your side of the conversation.

<The concrete fact is that there are defective people.>

1.) That is opinion based on your understanding of what a person's "design" or "purpose" is from YOUR viewpoint. The word 'defective' itself is radically subjective. In this, the largest of contexts, god, evolution, and the universe, the word is meaningless as it pertains to a single 'person'.
2.) It's beside the point as I've already taken that as a 'given. :)
