I see, downstream, that Karen wondered about this quote. I had decided to simply pass it up since we've discussed it. The best interpretation of this quote, again assuming it's accurate, is that in the balance between presentations as to the dangers involved and the solutions, you need more of the former now, that as folk become more aware of the dangers, the mix begins to balance.
