F-Steps DIEs are BIG and 2x1MB DIEs are way too big to ramp to x Mio. units per quarter and speed isn't that much more compared to 2x512kb versions ... so, when 65nm is finally available, ALL will change, up to date we are capa- city constraint, thats all. BTW: why not buying an Opteron instead. Just look for 175/180/185. Works in ALL boards - where is your problem? BUGGI
