IMO yes. IMO we should never have left him in power after the first gulf war. Yes, I know you disagree. But your disagreement is not persuasive to me.

I asked you how the war was going? There are good signs. An important leader was just killed. An elected Iraqi government is in place now. Iraq's military and police are growing in number and effectiveness. I expect we will gradually lower our involvement as their ability grows.
