Relatively speaking, yes, but since the American people have been brainwashed for generations about their "right" to have cheap gas prices, they cry and complain bitterly about it when they have to pay up, but of course they have done very little about changing their sad addiction to the substance, and they in fact have made it worse by working farther and farther away from their homes, so I have very little sympathy except for the poor...
