Re: For some strange reason, no one tried NVidia SLI on Intel, let alone dual GPU card SLI, isn't that peculiar?

Not peculiar at all. NVIDIA SLI doesn't work with the 975X boards being used to test Conroe, and the current NVIDIA motherboards and chipsets don't support Conroe. NVIDIA wants SLI to work with NVIDIA chipsets, not Intel chipsets. Should we scold NVIDIA for not spending enough time developing their Intel chipsets and too much time on their AMD ones? You wouldn't want to see SLI instead of single card benchmarks anyway. Conroe will gain an even bigger advantage in gaming as the system becomes less graphics bound.
