Group West Systems has won the RFP (Request For Proposal) for the analysis
phase for a major company involved within the forest industry. The project
includes all aspects of 10 IBM AS/400s, RS6000s, HP3000 and 9000 series
systems, PCs and Local Area Networks. The overall assessment and analysis
includes the communications infrastructure PBX's and communication routers
and EDI analysis.
Based on initial review the AS/400 code renovation could exceed 30 million
lines of code. It is believed that the INTO 2000 tool set represents the
best in class product globally. The INTO 2000 tool set delivers in all
three categories of any millennium project, analysis, methodology and
renovation.
