ggc.v - just guessing there eh, haven't talked with anybody even peripherally related to the company, but from dim memory Liller didn't build Gammon Lake from the profits of a few hundred tonnes per day operation, they had several financings, the biggest at a fairly high price [after papering up allies lower, presumably], not very dilutory at all ... this is how it's done, pretty normal ... i may not recall this correctly, had been turned off by gam.to management prior to Liller, and didn't pick up on the difference in time to catch the moves, so wasn't following closely
