Actually it does. It's on the same level as Blackwell changing precinct locations at the last minute, or sending armies of righties out to challenge black voters with the intent of intimidating them not to vote. It's not fraud but it is equally dishonest and should be punishable by law. IMO. (which in the WS prank was but the Blackwell pranks weren't)
