Yeah, I saw that too. Mongolia is a nutcase currently. They are absolutely flush with huge gold, copper and coal resources, live at a poverty level and have recently passed laws guaranteed to kill any foreign investment. In fact I am staying long because what they did was so ridiculous, it will have to be reversed. I hope.....
