I doubt it. That would obviate the point. The point is that the people being called "godless" have apparently not complained about it, at least not much. I've read a lot of the stuff swirling around this controversy and I haven't seen a single one complaining about being called "godless" whereas the "unpatriotic" label caused a huge flap and continues to be a sore point. Now, my exposure might have somehow missed the "godless" flap, I acknowledge, but a flap anywhere near the size of the "unpatriotic" one I couldn't have missed. The dearth of complaint, if that is in fact the case, is evidence of a contrast in reactions, a lesser concern about the latter label.
