My guess is, after the whole traitor thing made Coulter look like such a playground twerp outside her faithful circle, no one gave a crap any longer about what names she calls anyone. If I think someone is a deranged idiot, I don't waste two seconds listening to or responding to anything they spew out. That's what the Ignore button is for. Real life has a similar function people can choose. IOW, who gives a flying leap about what Coulter says to or about anyone? Even Hillary will probably get over the little C creature soon.
