I did not know about the 8-K IO filed. This stock is going to get killed (as if it has not already).

If the EPS 1997 fell to $.55, then the PEG is about 1.03, which is fairly valued. Do you really think EPS will be lowered from .82 to $.55? I hope not and it was just an example you pulled from your head.
