There you go suprising me once again. I thought the US was the only super-power in the world. You seem to disagree.

Under YOUR APPARENT RULES, we'd be forced to utterly denounce the concept of "mutually assured destruction" in the interest of being "civilized".

I see that as substantively different than what you said earlier, which was....

That's seems pretty clear to me...just as "down and dirty" as themselves.

The difference I see between the two approaches is one of diplomatic poo-poo [to use a technical term]. You don't want to say...."I'd use a stun gun on their genitals as soon as look at them." Even though that's what you would like to do, it's considered "tacky" to say it out loud. So you choose to say in a manner they will "appreciate" to appear "civilized".

You're among friends here, no sense in holding back. I've read many of your posts and you have no moral reluctance in whipping out the 'ol stun gun and putting it to another human being's genitals. I understand that; I accept it.

Further, under proper management most Americans would.
