I suspect the employers of illegal immigrants are pretty varied.....from construction, to meat packing, to car washes, to garment and furniture factories, to cleanup after Katrina. Anything where the margins are thin and hiring illegals allows for significantly greater profit. I also think they do it like Ten suggests....through a subcontractor. That's how Halliburton did it in New Orleans.
