You seem to be holding BUSH accountable for lack of SS reform, yet CONGRESS enacts Bills. All the president can do is use the bully pulpit of his throne. (yes BUSH sits on a throne to many of us, (gg) ) He did that more so then anyone has ever done, going all over the country giving speechs etc. Didnt work, but not his fault. jdn
