Regarding sleep, gosh, I sure had a rough time of
it last night. Woke up after just an hour and
bit Renee's head off for returning so late from
movie night at the neighbor's. Not sure what
I've got going on, some sort of mild anxiety
problem.

I'm tempted to switch occassionally from my
Meltatonin/Benadryl cocktail, to Doxepin which
ought to knock me down pretty good. Sometimes
I wonder if I ought to take a Valium.
