Well, rruffie, since zero of BoBo the Clown's blockbuster predictions have come true, I suspect that the hearings are for the far more pedestrian purposes of looking at hedge funds using advance knowledge of PIPES announcements to profit from shorting the stock in question.

Bennett may throw a bone or two to Wacky Patty, but OSTK's corporate and share price performance are once again validating the previous studies that have shown that when CEO's whine about shorts, naked or otherwise, something is generally quite rotten in Denmark.
